On-line Photometer for continuous recording of growth of cell suspension.

EloCheck

EloCheck is an automatic bypass photometer for the continuous analysis of cell suspensions and chemical solutions. Intelligent software makes it easy to use. The control monitor provides various ways of measuring, storing, viewing, comparing and exporting series of optical data. A simple comparison with previous fermentations allows a user-friendly control of the reproducibility of cultivations and an optimal yield improvement. Thanks to the integrated high-end sensors and the perfected cuvette, optical densities of more than 20 (OD10 mm) can be recorded in real time without pipetting and dilution steps.
